A New Day...

Yesterday, I was able to see my son Nick's school play - The Cat In The Hat and he was amazing! No sign of stage fright whatsoever! It was a lot of fun to watch and the children were quite entertaining. They ended the show with a song that they wrote to the music of "Y-M-C-A". Their version was "The - Cat - In - The - Hat". It was awesome! Once the music began, Nick started dancing. No fear people! It was adorable... and really made my day.

I will randomly select a winner on Monday. My favorite birthday memory is of my birthday cake. My parents would go to the Phoenix Bakery every year in Chinatown and get my favorite cake. It was a sheet cake filled with fresh strawberries, white buttercream and white cake covered with white buttercream, topped with fresh strawberries and sides covered in almond slivers. The cake is to die for... the best cake ever!
