Cute By The Inch...

Here are some mini gift cards/tags that I made yesterday. A couple of great uses for these would be to punch a small hole in the upper left hand corner, thread some cording/twine through and tie it on to a gift bag or gift.

All Stampin' Up! product used, unless otherwise noted...

Paper: Marina Mist, Daffodil Delight, Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso & Cajun Craze Smooth Cardstock
Stamps: Cute By The Inch - Level 2 Hostess Stamp Set
Inks: Marina Mist, Daffodil Delight, Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso & Cajun Craze Classic Stamp Pads
Accessories: Snail Adhesive

All you have to do to make these is:

  1. Cut your colored 8 1/2 x 11" cardstock into 2" strips, measuring 2 x 8 1/2".
  2. Cut your 2" strips every 4", so you have 2 x 4" rectangles.
  3. Score your strips at 2" and fold in half.
  4. Cut your 8 1/2 x 11" Whisper White cardstock into 1 1/2" strips, measuring 1 1/2 x 8 1/2".
  5. Cut your 1 1/2" strips every 1 1/2", so you have 1 1/2" squares.
  6. Center & Stamp your image on the 1 1/2" Whisper White cardstock.
  7. Center & Adhere your stamped image onto your 2" square card front.
And voila! You've got yourself some "cute" gift cards/tags - Easy Peasy!
